First EFC is committed to seeing every member of the church involved in gospel ministry to one another and out in the community. While all members should be "in ministry" in that sense, we have recognized several men as elders (including pastors on staff) to be the spiritual leaders of the church, help us sense God's direction, and equip believers for ministry. Directors and deacons/deaconesses coordinate and administer various ministries, while our church staff focuses on ministry execution and support.
