To excellently lead the congregation in spiritually and musically enjoyable, rich, and quality music and services in order to facilitate deep and energizing worship.
What's our aim?
A missional congregation of mature believers who worship in spirit (Eph. 5:18; Rom. 8:14) and in truth corporately and in all of life (John 4:24, John 17:17), utilizing their hearts, souls, minds, and strength (Luke 10:27; Luke 22:37-39) allowing His Word to dwell in them richly in song (Col. 3:16) as they build up one another in singing to the Lord as they glorify Him in praise! (Ephesians 5:19; Psalm 47:6;Psalm 96:1;Romans 15:9; Hebrews 2:12)
What's new for 2025?
Our new Director of Worship, Michael Dean, joined our staff in late 2024 and is working diligently on getting the Audio/Visual side of things sorted out so that our equipment can function at its best, bringing our worship (from the technical side) to excellence. Not only does that make for less distractions during the service, but puts our best foot forward for our online members and guests.
Michael is also spending many hours with our worship teams, learning about them personally and their musical/vocal gifts so as to make the teams function even better together.
